CosmoBlue Media acquires 100% of Macademia, including Azoomee and Da Vinci.

[London, 9 September 2024] – CosmoBlue Media, an expanding player in digital distribution and media innovation, is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Macademia, a premier family entertainment group known for award-winning educational and inspiring content distributed via its Azoomee and Da Vinci brands. This is the second acquisition of the company after Sofy.tv where CosmoBlue is now actively enlarging its portfolio. CosmoBlue assets will be concentrated on Sports, Movies/ Telenovelas and Kids. This acquisition marks a significant step in CosmoBlue Media’s commitment to diversifying its content offerings and enhancing its global reach.

Macademia’s Azoomee and Da Vinci brands are renowned for delivering engaging family entertainment to over 250 million households across more than 100 countries. Its award-winning documentaries, captivating series, and thought-provoking reality shows make it a trusted name in family-friendly programming.
